Apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Apple handles in-app purchases and refunds.

The games, artwork, characters, text and the Impawise name and logo belong to Impawise Inc. Please don't copy or redistribute them without permission.
Not professional advice
Our games are inspired by real animal behavior, but they are entertainment and general education, not veterinary or behavioral advice. If you have concerns about your pet, consult a qualified veterinarian or animal behaviorist.
No warranty
We work hard to make our products reliable, but they are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Impawise Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
