When will Slow Blink be released?
Slow Blink is in development for iPhone. We'll announce the release date here when it's ready.
Does Slow Blink need an account or an internet connection?
No. The game doesn't require an account, and your progress is saved on your device.
I bought something in the game but didn't receive it.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. First, fully close and reopen the game. If the item still isn't there, email us with the approximate date of purchase. You can also request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I get a refund?
Apple processes all App Store refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and choose the purchase.
Will my progress transfer to a new iPhone?
Progress is stored on your device, so it moves with an iPhone backup or device-to-device transfer.
